Dino World Colouring Set

Djeco's Dino World Colouring Set is colouring on wood. Three wooden panels are laser-cut with the lines of dinosaur scenes drawn by Owen Davey, and the grooves do what lines on paper can't: they stop the ink at the edge, so the seven brush markers fill each area cleanly. The booklet goes through the artist's steps, and the ink is opaque enough to cover the grain.
For a six year old it's a colouring set with a result that looks finished rather than filled in, on a panel that can stand on a shelf. The markers are double-ended, and there's blotting paper for the inevitable.
