Shipping & Returns


Once your order has been confirmed, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed within two business days. This time frame applies only to our internal order processing and does not account for shipping time and any delays caused by the shipping carrier. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Parkette Inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5-7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

    Please contact us at for international shipping outside of the US and Europe, or if you require expedited international shipping. We will do our best to meet your needs.

    Some items have non-standard dimensions and may incur additional shipping charges. If needed, we will contact you after your purchase to inform you.

    *Local pickup option is available at checkout during store business hours (if you need to pick up your order outside of store hours, please email us at and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs). An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come. Until our brick-and-mortar location is open, we will be offering local pickup on Wednesdays and Fridays between 10 AM and 2 PM. If you need your order sooner, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to find a pickup time and date that is good for you.

    Online orders can be returned within 14 days of initial receipt. If more than 14 days have gone by since the initial receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t accept your return or exchange.

    Please contact us at with your request before returning an item. We will provide you with a return authorization number. A return authorization number must be included in your return. All returned purchases will either be issued a credit or exchange minus the initial shipping charge). We are a small family-owned business and unfortunately cannot offer any refunds at this time.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Items must be unworn, and tags still attached. All footwear must have no creasing or damage to the soles to be returned.

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food or magazines cannot be returned.

    * Some health and personal care items

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, we will credit your account within a certain amount of days.


    Return shipping charges for orders outside of Canada are the responsibility of the customer. Please ship your return via a postal service (USPS, Royal Mail, Australia Post, EMS, etc.). Returns shipped via courier services such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS will incur brokerage fees which will be deducted from the credit you will receive. Returned items must be declared as "Returned Goods" in the customs section of the return shipping label. Returns that are not properly declared may incur additional fees. Please use a service that is trackable as we are not responsible for damaged or lost returns.


    All sale items are FINAL sale. Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.


    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and after we have confirmed your exchange by email, send your item to the following address:

    If the item you wish to return was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified about your return.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

    If you are shipping an item over CAD $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
